About the event
The purpose of this guided retreat is to give blind and low vision young adults a space where they can grow in their relationship with Christ, encounter authentic community, and receive tools and encouragement to fulfill Jesus’ great commission to “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Mat 28:19).
The rereat is co-organised by Dr Alexander O'Hara, the National Director for Catechetics of the Irish Episcopal Conference, and Miss Ana Martinez, a young blind Catholic theology student who is passionate about evangelization. The retreat will be led by Fr Patrick Cahill and the team of Holy Family Mission in Co. Waterford, Ireland.
The guided retreat will consist of talks and taking part in activities covering the following:
· Introducing those participants who do not know Christ to the person of Jesus and to the Church He founded.
