John lives in Dungarvan but is a proud Tipperary native. Married to Audrey, they have 4 adult children.

John has worked for many years as a manager in the pharmaceutical, medical device, youthwork and construction sectors. He has recently returned to work at HFM having previously been here for over 4 years.

Maura is originally from Ennistymon, Co Clare. She is a graduate of Theology and Business Studies from St. Patricks College, Maynooth and has many years' experience working in youth and young adult ministry. Prior to co-founding Holy Family Mission she worked as the Youth Ministry Director for two Irish Dioceses and previously led  a Mission Team for Youth 2000 Ireland.  She is married to her husband Jonathan and they have two small boys. Maura served as Mission Director from 2016- 2023.

Patrick is a native of Scotland, and has been a full-time missionary and evangelist for nearly 15 years. He has been actively involved in youth ministry and family faith formation throughout this time, working with many groups and youth organisations such as Youth 2000, Youth 4 Truth, Cana Ireland and Spirit Radio. Pat is a co-founder of Holy Family Mission. He is married to Paula and they live close by Holy Family Mission with their 9 beautiful children.

Fr. Patrick Cahill from County Tipperary in Ireland is a priest of the Work of Jesus the High Priest.

He studied philosophy and theology in the Gregorian University, Rome and has been ministering as a missionary priest in Ireland and Italy since his ordination in 2009.

He is a co-founder of Holy Family Mission and has a passion for youth ministry serving as a retreat leader and speaker for over 15 years.

Sr. Edel Mary is from Tralee and has been a sister of the Family of Mary since 2002. She spent a number of years in their missions in Kazakhstan and Slovakia. She returned to her hometown four years ago, where she served as a sacristan in Holy Cross Dominican church.

Sr. Maria Monika comes from Slovakia and has been a sister of the community Family of Mary since 2010. After she made her Solemn Promises she started her youth apostolate in a Catholic boarding school in Nitra, Slovakia where she has served for the last 15 years dedicated to their formation and education.

Fr. Taddeo is from Austria and is a priest of the Work of Jesus the High Priest. Ordained in 2021, he has been with us since 2023 serving our community and retreatants alike.

Siobhan has been serving up meals to our community here since the very beginning, October 2016.  She is a wife and mother and has experience of community life herself.  She is a wonderful person of faith and a mom figure in the house.

Grace is from Co. Kerry and has been sharing her many gifts with us since last year, turning this house into a home. Many of our retreatants will know Grace as the staff member who is forever buzzing around the place doing work, and always serving!

She came here in 2017 as a community member and has been part of the family since.
